How JFPolyFilm pack RPET shrink films?
Packing Method 1:
Vertical, packing. With 3 inch (76mm) paper core (customer can choose other size). Wrap each roll with polyethylene film, and attach paper board to both side of roll. Depends on roll specification, about 20 Rolls in 1 pallet, Cover whole pallet with heat barrier.
Packing Method 2:
Horizontal packing. Usually for some of large size. With 3 inch (76mm) paper core (Customer can choose other size), Wrap each roll with polyethylene film, and attach wooden board to both side of roll. 6 rolls in 1 pallet, cover whole pallet with heat barrier.
Packing Method 2 is recommended for small specifications.
Is RPET Shrink Film environmentally friendly?
Yes, 30% or 50% recycled material added and it’s 100% recyclable, and much more environmentally friendly than PVC.
How to store RPET shrink film?
Stored in temperatures below 30℃ (86°F)
Avoid direct sunlight, rapid temperature change, moisture and dust.
